Bee Cave Drilling

I have used Bee Cave Drilling for about 12 years. They replaced motor and pump 6 months ago. Suddenly no water!! Called them and within hours they were out to diagnose the problem and discovered the motor was defective. The very next morning they came out and removed the down hole motor and reinstalled new
Motor and got me running all within 24 hours. Well was over 600 ft deep. Well head is in very precarious part of side yard inside fence. They carefully boarded all the way in and all the way out without any damage to landscaping or sprinkler system. Amazing. Back in bus. This is how BCW service has performed all 12'years i have known them. Hats off to all associated with this co.

BEWARE! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Our well quit producing water in late July and Dante came out to our home. He replaced the control box (which the replacement ended up being faulty) spent some time looking at things and then produced a $10,000 quote which basically included replacing every part of our well, in addition to 12 hours worth of labor for a 2 man crew. This was a Thursday and they couldn't come out to repair until Tuesday. So my wife, small children and I were without water in the middle of summer for almost 5 days. When the next technician came out, he replaced a part and the water turned on immediately. Tell me, how do you produce a $10,000 quote for replacing every part of a well, when in fact you didn't know what the problem was in the first place. What's worse is Bee Cave drilling charged my credit card for $5,000 the day before they came back out. After the issue was resolved, they deducted the $700 for the actual part that was broken and tried to charge me for the 2 man crew that was never necessary in the first place, then made me come pick up the check at their office.

It gets worse, I sat on this and chose not to write a review and just move on with another company for future needs. Well, here we are 2 months later and our well is not producing water because the part they replaced is not working (confirmed by the company we use now). I called bee cave drilling to set an apt for them to come out and warranty this part, received an email stating a technician would be out today. They never showed. I sent an email asking when they would be out and received an email back (see attached picture) stating: "This account is on no business with bee cave drilling. We will not be coming to your location." So they don't stand by or warranty their products, in addition to having completely terrible service.

**UPDATE:** I sent an email asking them if I needed to get an attorney involved to get them to warranty their work. They sent someone out this morning, he spent 2 hours on my property "running tests" and said that the issue was not the pump saver and it would not be warrantied. I had Matthew from The Well Doctor come out an hour later and within 10 minutes he diagnosed the issue as 100% the pump saver. Matthew from The Well Doctor gave us running water within 10 minutes after Bee Cave drilling left us without water for 3 days and then blatantly lied about what the issue was so they didn't have to warranty their product or work. Matthew from The Well Doctor even offered to warranty the pump saver for me so I didn't have to deal with Bee Cave Drilling again. He also pointed out that they left our pump leads loose and the overall state of our control box was left in a very dangerous way. Bee Cave Drilling is a dishonest company that provided a fraudulent diagnoses. I urge you look elsewhere for your well service needs.

On Christmas Eve I had frozen pipes and no water to my house. The crew came out and could have easily said we just need to wait until we get above freezing, but instead they spent hours investigating, trouble shooting and trying work arounds, and got the water running perfectly. Very professional!!!! I highly recommend them!

When our water well went down last month, I called Bee Cave Drilling. They were quick to respond and had us up and running in short order. The water well crew very skilled and knowledgeable and, after some complications with the new pump (not their fault), they had our well repaired and back in operation. I highly recommend Bee Cave Drilling.

Please, I beg you, DO NOT USE BEE CAVE DRILLING EVER! Absolutely horrendous service. Bee Cave put in our well almost 4 years ago. In July, our water pressure went out. We called Bee Cave to come out, and they came out same day. Unfortunately, the technician that came out put a faulty electrical panel on, so the problem didn't get fixed. He then told us it would require them to dig up the entire well, a $10,000 price tag, and they wouldn't be able to come back until the following Tuesday, leaving my family without water for 4 days. They returned Tuesday, with a new technician, who replaced our electrical panel again, and said everything was fixed. Meanwhile, they charged our card for a $5,000 deposit. Now we come to today. We woke up Monday with no water pressure. We contacted Bee Cave once again due to an assumption it was a warranty issue. They told us they would come to our home the next day. So Tuesday rolls around, no phone call, no technician. We finally call and leave a messages with the answering service at approx 4:55, and they inform us someone will get back to us. At approx 5:30, we still have not received a call, so we call back to the answering service, they inform us that Bee Cave won't be getting the message until the following day because it was now after 5pm. About 45 minutes after that, my husband receives a message that our account is "no service with Bee Cave Drilling and they will not be coming to our property." This is ridiculous. No communication. You mess up the first time around, then won't even take responsibility for the mess up and fix it. Terrible customer service. Terrible business.

I really appreciate everyone being so kind and helping us out with our water needs. They worked so hard in this hellish temperature.

I had Bee Caves Drilling out twice recently with all the problems caused by the winter ice storms. They made repairs to my system and further educated me about my well system and better prepared me for subsequent cold weather. Unbelievable service - prompt, professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced. Thank you

I had a water tank installed by Dante and crew. Service with a smile! The crew of four worked almost 10 hours, into the dark, to make sure all was done in one day. There was a minimum of water intrerruption to our hose. Can't say enough good things about the crew. Kudos also to Lyle Williams, the field supervisor, who organized the whole process and to Jim Blair for his expertise and excellent customer service skills over the years.
All these folks more than earn their pay.

Don't you love when service companies come out, check your equipment thoroughly, find the problem, fix it AND don't overcharge you for it? Bees Cave Drilling just did that for me! ! Hunter the technician was highly knowledgeable and efficient! He was friendly, informative (this city girl was asking a lot of questions), and very pleasant. Bee Cave Drilling, hold on to this valuable employee. You don't find many like him. Make sure he gets acknowledged for his google review, he deserves it!

Great company, great service. Prompt, knowledgable and well within my budget. I will definitely call them again for my well needs.
