      Brandi was extremely rude. I'm sorry, but if she represents this company then I can not recommend them, and would prefer to steer business away from them.

      Had a great conversation about my project and while we ended up not doing the project at all I really appreciated the knowledge and upfront conversation around options and pricing. I would use them for future projects.

      BUYER BEWARE! Archer Services DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY!

      I had Archer come out to my house to give me a quote to redo my front and back yards. We decided to split up the project into two smaller projects and do the front yard first. During the walk through with my husband and me, I asked the gentleman if we should wait until March to have the work done (this was in October). He said we didn't need to because they "fully warranted" their plants for 90 days. I clarified if that included freezes. He laughed (because it's Houston) and he confirmed it included if any plants died from a freeze. it cost us just over $5,000 for our front yard.

      Well, a giant freeze hit Texas less than 90 days after they installed my plants. I reached out immediately as we noticed some of the larger plants seemed to be dead.

      First, I was told they probably weren't dead, to give them some time and to trim them back. She also advised if we needed to replace them, we could just submit the receipts for anything we had to replant.

      We waited and all six of the larger plants were clearly dead. We went to Plants for All Seasons and bought one replacement plant (apparently this specific plant is in short supply). We planted the plant (which is doing fine). I reached back out regarding the reimbursement and to let them know we couldn't find more replacements. They then sent me a quote to replace the 5 remaining plants (for $205) and told me that I would have to find the plants myself and they would plant them because they couldn't locate them.

      Now that we have purchased the plants and replaced them, they have now decided that they would have replaced them IF they had been given the opportunity to come to my house (they are in my front yard and I DO NOT live in a gated community) and confirm the plants were dead. The last communication I had received from them was on April 12th and we dug up the dead plants on April 23rd (so they had almost 2 weeks to come and look at the dead plants).

      They are refusing to take any responsibility for the plants despite their "Unlimited Warranty."

      Seriously, they charged us over $5,000 for our front yard and provided us an "Unlimited Warranty" and now won't replace $180 (plus tax) worth of plants.

      After some back and forth about their 'warranty,' they agreed to reimbursement $194.95. They deposited $194.00 into my account. The other $0.95 and the rest of the plants that died as a results of the freeze aren't worth fighting with them over.

      Update: I apologize for the late edit, but bumping this back up to a 3. I'll leave the review below, but Archer did call and apologize for forgetting me and I appreciate the quick response.

      The last person I talked to never called me back. Also, each person I talked to before that point, I had to reexplain what I am trying to do. I will not use anyone that does not have the common courtesy to keep track of their customers.

      Initial appointment-to-visit scheduled then canceled due to weather. Our follow up was required but Archer did not respond to several follow up emails and calls; did not answer phone; did not answer voice mails. Random call to Archer resulted in a scheduled call but not a visit. The scheduled call appointment was missed - they didn't call. After several weeks a random phone connection was finally made but despite the missed opportunities for service, "first" available appointment was a month away.

      The Archer team did a fabulous job bringing our yard back to life. We had been fighting irrigation issues and the resulting dying plants for 2 years. Christopher, Paul, Stacey and Lisa helped on the scene and behind the scenes bringing our yard back to life. From the beautiful design plan that helped us visualize the new landscape to the finished yard, we are so happy we chose Archer. Their knowledgeable staff answered every question and we had a lot! Stacey and Lisa in the office were easy to reach and happy to help. We made changes to our design with the help of Paul and their on site guys. The result is just what we wanted. We highly recommend Archer Landscaping to anyone looking for a professionally installed beautiful lawn!

      Love these guys for their sincere care and attention to customer needs. They are always on time, and communicate with us to understand our needs, and work to complete the job to our total satisfaction in a very timely manner. Always professional and cost efficient. In October of 2016, they planted two new trees in our front yard, and landscaped around them. They were meticulous in their work and it looked beautiful. In February, 2018, we asked them to shape up those trees (along with a couple others). Not only did the trees take on a lovely new shape, but, the supervisor, Ryan, also recommended we feed them with Microlife fertilizer to spur their growth. We are blown away with the results in less than two months!! They have doubled in density and look incredible...we wish we had a "before" and "after" photo to post!!! Soooo pleased!!!

      Archer designed and installed landscaping for my backyard in 2017. Impressed by their video showing me what their design would look like and keeping their word they'd stay on the job until it was finished, I had them back in 2018 to redo my front yard. I wasn't disappointed.

      Owing to the cold winter of 2017, I had some warranty issues. While I think my concerns might have been addressed in a more timely manner, the fact is the warranty issues were resolved without question and finished in time for me to have an outdoor family gathering.

      I switched lawn fertilization from a large national firm to Archer Services in 2018. In 2017, my lawn had yellow highlights all year and my St. Augustine grass wouldn't spread. In 2018, with Archer, my grass is green, increasing its density and spreading as it should. Again, I'm pleased by Archer's service.

      Based on their performance, I've signed up for their pruning, bed maintenance and flower replanting services as well.

      I'm very satisfied.

      I would NOT use this company!!!! They were suppose to help make our backyard kid friendly and now it is completely muddy mess! I can barely take the kids outside because of all the mosquitoes now! They charged our credit card WITHOUT APPROVAL and also lied about the extra credit card fees. Please make sure you are on top of their work or they will take advantage of you.

      I called Archer to receive a quote for landscaping our back yard. Chris from Archer services came out and looked at my project. Three weeks went by before I received a call from Chris stating he wanted to go over my numbers. There is no reason that a quote should take three weeks. It makes me wonder how long it would take them to complete my project.
