Bob Wells Nursery at Sorelle Farms

I can't say enough good things about this family run business. Every single member of the family is involved in the business and they are all super knowledgeable and supportive. My wife and I decided to start a small peach orchard and blueberry farm and knew very little about the process but have gained a tremendous amount of insight and information from the staff. We have bought several dozen trees and even more blueberry bushes from the nursery and are proud to say we have not lost a single plant thanks to the outstanding health of the plants and the advice we have been given.
If you ever have a chance to attend one of their classes you definitely won't regret it! They are enjoyable and super informative. We really feel blessed to have found this place and are treated as respected friends instead of a random customer.

Be sure to get photographs with a measuring tool in the picture of any trees before purchasing and have them measure the trees again before they unload. they will try to give you smaller trees at taller prices. it's a very misleading practice that many nurseries try to get away with. This place is no different.

Their prices are very reasonable due to the type of trees they have. Shipping is pricey but dirt is heavy and they have no control over that, and anyway, their trees are fantastic.

I'm new at this so I emailed them a lot of questions and each time I got an answer within 24 hours, even on the weekend.

I just received this Lila Avocado tree, this is exactly how I got it.

do not buy from Bob Wells Nursery, I just Purchased eight potted fruit trees from Bob Wells Nursery, four persimmon and four Jujube trees, they are such low quality, and their trees are very poor quality and unhealthy. It is unacceptable, I paid 80 dollars for each Jujube tree plus twenty dollars shipping for each tree, a total 100 dollars per tree, and received half dead poor-quality trees. they should not send out trashes to their customer, they cannot be trusted, and should be avoided. they are the worst nursery.

Ordered some persimmons (they're sticks with some leaves but anyone with 2 seconds experience knows persimmons go dormant this time of year, fully expect thriving trees next year), jujube (similar to persimmons, again they lose leaves during fall/winter), a pawpaw which looks great and two soursop which almost looked too healthy and good considering its a tropical that needs high humidity. One of the soursops was delivered upside down and broken, however I don't think Sorelle can be blamed for FedEx not seeing bright big red arrows saying this side up.. I believe Sorelle, Bob's Nursery, is replacing that tree as a courtesy. The shipping was fast and due to tree quality I am about to purchase a few sapodilla, achacha and goldkist apricots. This year I have purchased several trees from at least 7 different online companies... I would place Bob's Nursery as #1 or maybe tied #1... because you can't really compare Bob's awesome bigger trees to someone else's awesome smaller trees. I saw 2 reviews who complained about the "sticks" they got, then one corrected the next year saying they're thriving.. give your stick time, love and you'll be happy!

I ordered some asparagus crowns. They arrived in 5 days. They are large and in excellent shape.
Before I ordered, I called and talked to their receptionist. She was very courteous, and confirmed that they had what I wanted in stock.
I couldn't be more satisfied.

I ordered a Lila avocado tree and arrived healthy and very large 5 ft tall, as described. I would recommend this place they have the biggest trees online.

Ordered online. Website description said rootstock 111 and the tree I got was 106. They didn't ask anything even though I noted on my order specifically for the 111 rootstock. Then when I looked at their website they updated the description to 106. I emailed customer service and they said they can't warrant rootstock and I should have noted in the note area to cancel the order if rootstock is not available. They offered a 10% coupon but I could have ordered from my home state and saved all the extra cost. Root system is little. Would not recommend for online ordering.

The new owners are full of ideas and are working extra hard taking care of trees. Their inventory as of late March was outstanding. Prices are comparable to other nurseries. Will return.

I ordered online, and the description says 2 years old tree, 4-5 ft tall.
I received a small tree that barely 2 ft tall with very litlle root system. The packaging is good, but the price with shipment is way too high for such a small tree. I was going to order more, but now I will take my business somewhere else.
